DTILA 2026 Abroad Program - Copenhagen

In a world where trust is fragile and connection feels harder than ever, join us on a mindful and immersive journey of body, story, and creativity in Copenhagen. Through somatic practices, poetry, storytelling, and drama, you’ll explore the body’s sense of safety, expand your voice, and discover new pathways of expression. Together, we will create safe spaces for vulnerability, reflection, and authentic connection. Designed for both professional development and personal growth, this program blends coaching, facilitation, and the creative arts to support more genuine ways of being, creating, and connecting.
